HLTAID003 – Provide First Aid – BERESFIELD

Course Information

Ensure you have the confidence in your skills and the knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty and ensure you remain safe.

Our blended delivery combines online theory and face to face practical to ensure you are confident and have the skills to assist a person who may require first aid. Be able to assist a friend, family member or work mate by having the skills to assist if they need first aid. This unit is often a requirement by employers so ensure your skills are up to date, book today.

Pre requisites

There are no prerequisites required to participate in this course.


Students who successfully complete this nationally recognised training will receive a statement of attainment for:
  • HLTAID003 – Provide First Aid
  • HLTAID001 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Course Duration

One (1) day plus online theory.


Completion of practical and theory components are required to achieve competency in this unit.

For the comfort of you and your class mates please ensure you wear comfortable clothes and footwear as practical sessions will require you to kneel on the floor.

All course materials are included in the cost of this course.

Selection Criteria

  • Minimum age 14 years
  • Oral communication – in order to make an accurate verbal report to emergency response services and workplace supervisor, the remaining foundation skills essential to performance are explicit in the performance criteria of each unit.
